With the intention of providing the best quality of life for each of our clients, the flexible care plan emerged. By listening to the needs and preferences of clients, we are better able to tailor a care plan that maximizes the client’s independence and dignity.
Life Services for Seniors
Non-Medical In-Home Services
Trained and qualified caregivers provide care to clients in 2 to 24 hour shifts. Once the client needs are determined, caregivers assist with essential tasks each visit, including grocery shopping, meal planning, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and home maintenance.
Assisted Living Facilities
Understandably, most seniors prefer to stay in the familiar comfort of their own homes. But, when living at home is no longer an option, we offer referrals to the area’s most attractive assisted living residences.
Professional Services
In collaboration with our collection of professional partners, Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors assists in connecting clients to professional services including, but not limited to, estate and financial planning, insurance, power of attorney, social security and Medicaid, tax planning and preparation, trusts and wills.
